9/13/09	The online database was offline for a while and will be back on line in a few days. We have received some minimal funding to conduct meetings to engage more companies and identify more matches. We are currently looking for sufficient funding to fully demonstrate the effectiveness of actively managed resource exchanges.

3/6/07	A Steering Committee Meeting was held to confirm final details and review the draft questionnaire. A workshop is planned for April 3.
