Options
- Custom EMS design
and implementation support - ZWA can work with your
organization to tailor a support program to meet your
unique needs. Customized support often includes training,
coaching, document writing, project management, and
consulting performed on a flexible time and materials
basis.
- Standardized EMS
Support - ZWA has developed a standard package of
training modules and workshops that are often sufficient
for most organizations to develop and implement an EMS
and achieve registration to ISO 14001, if desired. These
services are provided on a pre-defined fixed-fee basis
and are usually more cost effective than customized
support.
- Group EMS
Implementation - ZWA will support EMS implementation for
groups of organizations. The organizations in a group can
be related (multiple POTWs, or multiple agencies of one
municipality) or the groups can be formed for
convenience. This is the most cost-effective option, if
available. Contact ZWA for information on groups being
formed.
